How would you answer these questions on a scholarship application?

-Introduce Yourself.
-Describe Your College Plans-include how you plan to use your education
-Why do you need financial assistance

How would YOU answer those questions?
I want to make sure I make my self stand out and sound that I am a perfect candidate for this scholarship. Thanks!

None of you read that question correctly I wanted to know how YOU would answer those questions.
I am not fake and its not like I would put your answers down. Read it correctly if you answer it.

Tell them about you, you life careers, and some of your hobbies. If you are in clubs in school tell them.

Tell them how far you are wanting to take your college education. Associates, Bachelors, Masters, Doctors???? Explain why you choose that college, where you will transfer to (if you are going to), what made you choose that degree, and what you want to do with the degree.

Explain to them why you need the money. Do you only have a part time job because of college? Do you have bills to pay? Do you pay rent? Always be honest incase they check into it.

Be sure that at the end you THANK them for reading it and for allowing you to be a candidate.

I would just follow that outline. I’m sorry but my essays turned out to be about 5 pages long so I can’t type it all here.

How should a cover sheet for a scholarship application be set up?

I am supposed to include one for this scholarship that I’m doing, but I’m not sure what it is or what it’s supposed to look like.
Please help!

There is no such thing as a "standard" scholarship cover sheet. Double check and make sure that the application isn’t referring to a fill-in-the-blank style page that was provided along with the application materials.

A cover sheet would include things like:

Name
Address
Phone Number
Fax Number
Email Address

Name of your high school
Expected Graduation Date

(Basic identifying information about you, like that)

If you look through your materials, the cover sheet might also have a list of the materials that you need to submit along with your completed application – something like:

This cover sheet
A copy of your official high school transcript
Three letters of recommendation
A written statement describing your intended area of study

If you really have absolutely no idea what they’re referring to by a "cover sheet", I would recommend that you contact the organization. You could just go ahead and guess, but then you’d be horrified to discover that you’d left out something important.
