Im thinking of moving into the flat above my cousins. But im 17 and just starting full time college. I know im already entitled to £30 EMA, but what i want to know is if im entitled to claim for any government funding to pay for the flat i wish to rent? If so, how much am i entitled to, and how do i go about claiming this? Any information is immensely appreciated. 5* to top answer:)thank you.
